How to download apps from purchased from a year ago?
Ok so i have a iphone 8 and its new i have some apps from a year or 2 ago that i want to redownload but when i go to purchased i can't find them and i can't find them when i search for them but when i go to my purchased on mu itunes on my computer it shows up from a few years ago so how do i download it

If they're not in your purchased apps or visible when you search then that usually means the app has been removed from the App Store.
Yeah that usually means that it is no longer available for download. I bought a concert years ago through iTunes and Apple removed it. If I had not made a copy of it, I wouldn't have been able to watch it again.
It is important to note that whenever you purchase digital items, you almost always never actually "own" them. You are licensed to use it, but not actually own it.

- I found a iphone 4 and i tried to see who the owner was a year ago and gave it to police? It seems like the carrier shut it down because it says no service. And it has to be turned on by the volume button. I got to the lockscreen but i don't know the passcode is there any software to hack it
