How to download ios 7 on itunes?

I saw instructions on how to install ios 7 on itunes. It said to restore your iphone and the ios 7 will be there. I backed up my iphone before i do anything. Just to be safe. But will it really work? And can you actually get ios 7 off of itunes

IOS 7 has not been released yet. App developers are using a beta version to test their apps. When it is finished it will be available from Software Update on your device.

-1 Install iTunes: www.apple.com/itunes
-2 Back up your device then hit "restore" button on iTunes. This step will erase all your info and settings and upgrade your device to the latest iOS 6 version
-3 Now after it finishes the restore, download iOS 7 beta (use google to find).
-4 Connect your device to iTunes and click shift + "chek for updates" button for windows OR click options + "check for updates" button if you are on a Mac
-5 You will het a window, now browse iOS 7 beta that you have downloaded earlier. The deivce will restore again and you will get iOS 7 on you device.

NOTE: you will lose all your data so back up your device in iTunes or iCloud.
