How to download old purchases off iTunes?
I accidentally deleted an album off my iPhone. I tried to go on "purchases" then "not on this iPhone" but nothing came up? How do I get my music back?
Open iTunes, log into your account and under your name click the down arrow, account info
Look for hidden purchases, manage
You will most likely have to put in a troubleshooting ticket with the iTunes store. Same thing happened to me a couple of years ago and their tech spt had to do something on their end to make the album reappear in my purchases area.

So I have an item (an radio show-aka a "song") that shows up in my itunes as purchased, but if I go onto my phone it doesn't say that: It just tells me how much it is like I have not purchased it.
