How to download ring-tones from one iphone to another?

  • My iphone 4s won't play text tones or have media volume? My iphone 4s recently stopped playing text tones and when i try to listen to any sort of media, the volume is gone and will not turn up. I recently got an iPhone, and I have an idea for a great ringtone, but I don't want the ringtone to be in my music if you understand what I mean, is that at all possible? Like is there anyway where I can have that song as my ringtone but the song itself would not be found in my music folder? Also if that doesn't work then once i have that song as my ringtone then can I delete that song from my iTunes/iPhone and still have it as my ringtone?
