How to download the facebook app that is compatible with my iphone?
I got an old iphone 3g and i'm trying to download the facebook app. It says the app requires iOS 4.3.so i tried updating my phone but its telling me i have the newest verion, which is 4.2.1… So how do i install the older version of facebook? Or any other app for that matter?
Search around. You may find a generic application that uses the power of facebook… Otherwise, you're stuck using the mobile version in the browser. You could also possibly get a more current phone or an android… Good luck.
The problem with this is Facebook are too lazy (same with other apps) to release another app for older iOS. What you probably will have to do is either download a 3rd party app or use it through Safari/ Google Chrome etc
