How to earn money quickly when I'm 13?

I'm saving up for a cello and a case, which adds up to nearly $4, 000. Plus tax. I also was looking into getting the new iPhone 5c. I'm just struggling to figure out how I can make money quickly to get a cello by the end of the school year. I've been playing for about a year, and I'm in love with it. I'm also in a youth symphony, which gives me another reason to get one. I'm one of the most impatient people ever, and I literally can't wait a long time to buy it. Don't give me dumb answers like "get a cheaper cello" because you literally have to spend that much to get a reasonable one. I would really appreciate some good answers.

Find a job to do out of school, do chores, help neighbours out, don't buy sweets, don't go out too much since one pound is one pound…

Mow lawns, wash cars, invest money. All could get you money fairly quickly. Ask your parents if they'll match you. Good luck in this symphony.
You don't need a *** iPhone 5c or any phone your 13.

You could find q job outside of school and find some on the side programs to participate in as well.

You could literally get a job and literally earn some money although not literally quickly. Kiddies of 13 don't have much earnings power - perhaps wash cars, mow lawns etc? If the cello is so important I'm sure you will be happy to do that.

I won't tell you to get a cheaper cello, but I WILL tell you to get a less expensive one. You CAN get a decent cello for HALF the price you state. Telling you to shop around is NOT a dumb answer.

You don't say how much time you have to work, but the most flexible option at 13 is to ask All your neighbors if they have any odd jobs they will pay you to do. It can't hurt to say WHY you are trying to earn money. Accept as many offers as you can. If enough people give the same answer, and you enjoy doing whatever it is, you just opened your own business. YES, you can legally own and operate a business at 13.

That's a great thing to put money into (the cello I mean). You should get a paper route, mow lawns, shovel snow, do chores for neighbours, chores for parents too. You could sell things you don't want anymore. Wash cars and bring used beer/wine bottles your parents have to the beer store. Two other things are you can walk dogs and babysit for people. About the iPhone, you're 13, so if you MUST have a phone, don't get the 5c. Go for something like the 4s, the Samsung galaxy s3, or the google nexus. Anyway good luck. Really cool thing to buy!
