How to email out a xmas list without sounding spoiled/bratty?

So i never get what i want for xmas i always get like socks and notebooks and i was thinking of sending out a wish list to parents/friends/extended family but i don't wanna sound ungrateful or bratty! I was thinking of saying something like this:
"Hi ___! Hope you have a happy holidays! I love your gifts but i was wondering if this year you could get me some of the stuff listed below?
Lipgloss
naked pallete
alex & ani bracelet
pandora charns
iphone cases

of course you don't hav to get me all of them. Only spend as much as you want.

Instead of saying "you could get me some of the stuff listed below?" why not say These are some of he things that I'm really liking this year or that I've had my eye on. You want to be hinting what you want don't straight out and ask them that might be a bit rude.

I know how you feel. We do exchange gifts at work and fifty-fifty I like what they give me. More often than not they will buy what they like or hoping you will like. I know it's the thought that counts but what if you don't use it or have it already? It will just be put away somewhere or better else donated. But anyway, at one time I posted on my Facebook something like this "Dear Secret Santa, all I want is a giftcard. Thank you!"It worked! Your email sounds good. Just tell them you will appreciate it very much if they can get what is on your list.

It would be really rude to send that out. :/

I understand where you're coming from, though.

How about if you find a store (preferably a large nationwide chain) that has all the stuff you want. Create a wishlist/registry on the store's website. Add the stuff you want most, and a few things you like in different price ranges.

Send a holiday email to everyone telling about the highlights of your year, how much you love/miss them, and add some pics for your family.

At the end of the email, tell them you've registered a wishlist at such-and-such a store to help with holiday shopping this year, and add a link to your list.

How about.

Hi hope everyone is well. That you are getting in to the Christmas spirit. I know you're all really generous that you get me gifts but I could really do with the stuff listed below. Hope that's ok with you. Merry Christmas.

Thank you very much in advance. Merry Christmas and much love from… Insert name…

I'd go with Alexa's suggestion. Also, I'd remove the wording at the bottom about not expecting to receive everything and speaking about how people spend. Maybe word it more along the lines of:
Happy Holidays, everyone!
[Tell something personal about your year, maybe the people who you're looking forward to seeing and other you hope to see]. Also, I was wondering if everyone has a Christmas wish list, so I can start my shopping. If you're interested, here are some ideas for things I'd like.

[Then just be genuine about hoping everyone is doing well and maybe repeat you're looking forward to their lists.]
