Plug it in to your conputer, find the part that tells you things about your phone update from there… I wouldn't update though maybe wait for another couple weeks so they can update and tweek it so your phone doesn't glitch… Also don't get it if you aren't happy with how short battery life is, because it sucks up battery life way faster!

Did your iPhone 4S actually upgrade to iOS 7, or not?
And, if so, please tell us if it actually "Updated successfully", and, what happened after you re-booted? If NOT, what Error Messages did you see, and, what happened after you re-booted?
