How to enable push notifs on iPhone 3?

I can't work of how to set a notif
I think it's an iPhone 3
Can someone tell me step by step

You can't. Push notifications was introduced with IOS 5. The iphone 3G can only go up to 4.2.1. If you have a 3GS though it can go to 6.1.3.In any case if you go into settings and there's no notifications option in the settings you will have to update the phone using iTunes on a computer.
