How to enable Siri on my iPhone 4s?
I'm trying to enable it by going into general but Siri doesn't appear. I have an iPhone 4s with iOS 7.

- Why is IPhone Siri funnier than iPad Siri? I have an iPad mini. Siri is so boring on mine. She just says, "I can't answer that." Or "is that so?". On my friends iPhone, she replies really funny.
