How to enter cydia safe mode ios 7?
My iphone 4 is stuck in a bootloop. Its jailbroken with pangu, and its ios 7.1. I was intalling a cydia tweak, but then it said there wasn't any free space on the device. Then cydia had a button that said reeboot device. I clicked the button, and my iphone turned off. Then it showed the apple logo, but after a while, it turns off then on, and starts to reboot again. And its been doing this for an hour now. I tried cydia safe mode with the volume button, but it never entered safe mode. Is there any other way to enter safe mode? I really don't want to have to re-jailbreak my iphone.
Your iPhone must have gone haywire. You can book a Genius Bar appointment and they can help.
Since its jailbroken they can't help me. It breaks the warranty.
I had the same problem put you're phone in recovery mode look online for steps and restore iphone with iTunes it will detect there's a problem in recovery mode
When you click restore it will have errors the first or second time you click it
I reinstalled pangu and it's fine now
- Why does my jailbroken iphone 4 go into safe mode? Every time i get a call, my iphone will respring, and when i ene the call, it goes into safe mode. Why is that?
- What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
- Safari keeps crashing, even in safe mode? Yesterday I jailbroke my iPhone 3GS 5.0.1. Safari was working fine until I installed Spire from BigBoss, which was about 2 hours later. Now when I try to open Safari, it immediately quits on me, even in Safe Mode. What can I do?
- My iPhone 4 is disabled, and won't enter Recovery Mode? I got an iPhone 4 from my friend. They forgot the passcode and set it into Disable mode. The screen says to Connect to iTunes. I created an iTunes account, however this is not the same account nor computer as the last. I have tried everything. When I connect the phone to iTunes, it says "To allow access, respond on your iPhone…" which I'm not aware of how to do. My phone also will not enter "Recovery Mode". This IS urgent.
