How do you erase an iPhone leaving flappy birds installed? I want to secure all my data for a new iPhone which arrives tomorrow. I obviously don't want to leave my iTunes account, emails or other data available.
You can't
You can't do such a thing unless you go through and individually delete everything else. You can probably put it on iCloud and get it back from there but I think it would put everything else back on as well.
Delete everything on your iphone and keep flappy bird on it. (also log off your apple accounts)
