How to erase my data on my iphone without restoration?
I'm selling my iphone 3gs to my friend and she won't have a way to activate it, so i was wondering if it was possible to erase all the content and data for her without having to restore it, I've already backed up all my files and logged out of my apple id on it
If i remember correctly (since it is an older model) there's an option in the settings section to delete all data
- Will restoring my Iphone to facorty settings erase my data? I have upgraded my iphone 4s to the new iOS, and then a few days later, tried connecting my device to my PC ( i have the new itunes).It, however, tells me that it can't connect to my iphone and that i should go to 'Preference' and select to 'restore to factory' settings. Will this erase my data and 'degrade' my phone to the previous iOS?

- Iphone 4 stuck in itunes restoration? I just updated my Iphone 4 to iOS 7, and in set up, it asked me if I wanted to restore from itunes back up, so I clicked that, it said plug this device into itunes, then when the back up finished it is stuck on the screen saying "Connected to Itunes" and I can't go anywhere or finish the set up. I have repeated this 3 times now and turned the phone off and on again Can anyone please help? This is v. Urgent
- Iphone 3g restoration problem? I got iPhone 3g. From settings i selected erase all data.phone switched off and then stuck to apple logo sign. I connected it to the iTunes and start the restoration process.downloaded the software from iTunes. But while restoration almost at the end of the setup an error came every time i tried "the iphone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (1015)"
