How to exit recovery mode without restoring?
I have an iPhone 4. I updated it to iOS 7.1.1 last May. It went into recovery mode. I don't want to lose my contacts and photos because I didn't back up with iCloud. Is there any software for this? 10 points for the correct answer.
Turn your phone off, that might do the trick
Maybe you could try holding the Lock/Wake button on the top and the Home button on the front until the screen goes blank. I do not know if this will work but it is definitely worth a try!
