How to feel about teens and the iphone?
I'm 15 and have been begging my mom for the iphone, when she hesitated, I was forced to wonder if I really wanted it. Well of course on one level I want it. But then I see some people who are glued to their phones. It's like in a way i wouldn't want it because i wouldn't want it to change me. With social media spiraling and apps consuming smartphones like the iphone, how addicted could I get? I don't want to be on it all the time or become a stereotypical teenage girl who is oblivious to the real world and absorbed with their phones, clothes, and boyfriends.
Sweetie, a phone can't change who you are. If you don't want to be glued to your phone or download all those mainstream apps, then don't!
1. I suggest you really think about whether or not you really want it. The reason being is that my sister desperately wants one yet its obvious the driving reason is because everyone else has one. (though she completely denies it)
2.a phone can't change you. It's merely a temptation.whether or not it will 'change' you is determined by your personality.
- Why do I feel sleepy and weak? And my temperature changed from cold to hot? When I was sleeping last night I switched on my AC next to my bed, and first I felt cold then hot… I was wearing long trousers but short sleeved shirt. I'm at school now and its difficult for me to walk I feel so weak! This morning I didn't feel like eating as well. I didn't finish all my breakfast just left a bit of cereal on my bowl. Now I don't feel so good, feeling dizzy a bit, I was using my iPhone before going to bed, got a bit of sore throat and cough too?!
- Teens why are people so in love with the Iphone? I mean the phone is small, and its hard to get the battery out of it. Maybe the only reason why people like it is because its made by APPLE AM I RIGHT?
- Teens who have iphone has this ever happened to you? I didn't receive a phone call yet I got a voicemail from my friend who usually calls at that time I got the message. I'm really confused because I know when I got a call and if I missed it my phone icon would have a circle that's red with a white 1 in it. Have you ever received a voicemail without getting the actual phone call on the iPhone?
- Teens who have an iPhone/iPod touch? If you use Wi-Fi at school, does your school block imessage/textfree and other apps like that? CuZ at mine, I know they block youtube and twitter and stuff like that. I'm not sure about imessaging/facetime or whatever. Any experiences at your school? i'm planning on getting the ipod touch 5g thats why i wanna know
