How to fix an unresponsive screen on the iphone 5?

So recently, my white iphone 5 had a new screen put in it, but now, some of the numbers and letters don't work, and it's kinda hard to s lide it to unlock. It's so annoying, how do I fix it?

This is a common issue when you have just the screen replaced on an iPhone, they're very sensitive, and require precision when installing, this is why I never recommend having it done that way, and just paying the price to have Apple actually replace the whole phone.

I would just bring it back to the installer and tell them what's going on, and show them what's happening. This is usually caused by the screen being unevenly set.
