How to fix can't connect to iTunes Store?
I just bought an iPhone 5. Whenever I open an app, they keep asking me to type my apple ID and whenever I did, they will say "can't connect to iTunes Store" if I cancel it, the app won't open. I've tried to reset all settings, change the date&time, sign out and then sign in my apple ID again but none of them works. How do I fix it?
Make sure the date & time is set automatically.
Can you get on the internet? If so go to applied.apple.com and see if it loads. Since you reset all settings it actually sounds like the issue is more with your network or Wi-Fi than the phone. If that website doesn't load the connection you use doesn't have the proper ports open.

- My iPhone 4s can't connect to iTunes store? I downloaded and app this morning, and it let me. A couple of hours later I tried downloading another and it wouldn't let me. Then i searched it up and people said to sign out and back in. I did that and now it won't even let me sign back in. I soft resetted my phone and that didn't work. Then i complete whiped out and restored my phone, that also didn't work, and I still can't sign back into itunes. What the hell do I do!
