How to fix Iphone? Black screen with a white spinning circle?
Ok, so right now, my Iphone is being a real pain. So it's got a black screen with like a white "timer circle" that keeps spinning over and over again and it hasn't stopped doing this for like the past 4 hours. I've tried holding down those two buttons at the same time that people say to hold down--but nothing--the circle just keeps spinning. So I just want to know--how would you be able to fix this problem without having to hold down those 2 buttons at the same time?
Download tinyumbrella and use kick out of recovery mode.
This happened to me as well--hold down the "volume down" and the on/off buttons at the same time

It worked. All three buttons at once: down volume, power, and home. The white circle stopped spinning, then the screen stayed blank for about 5 seconds and then powered up with the bright white Apple screen, then I could type in my PW and I was back at it. I have to admit I was worried. We are way way way too dependent on these dang things now.
- What is this spinning circle next to the 3G icon on my iphone? And is this why I'm using so much data. I'm visting Seattle been here for 5 days now and that spinning circle keeps spinning. Got a text last night saying I have used 75% of my data and then this morning I got another text saying I have used 90% of my data and I have not been do a whole lot on the internet. But please my main question is what is that spinning circle next to the 3G icon on my iphone.
- There's a black circle on my iphone screen? I accidentally put a little water onto my phone and when I wiped it off there was a small circle on it. I touched it and it sort of became bigger. I can still see my screen but the area with the spot makes it a lot lighter than the area around it. I'm just a little scared that the spot will turn into something really bad. - Spinning Circle on the Upper Left Hand Side of my Iphone? I plugged my iPhone into a my computer and now there's a small spinning circle beside my Wi-Fi symbol. Almost as if it's syncing something. Any idea what's happening?
- Spinning circle in upper left hand corner of my iphone 4s (pictures)? I have no idea what it is, in the upper right hand corner. Here is a picture It's that circle right beside the where it says bell. It will not go away!
