How to fix minimal water damage to screen? My iphone 6 screen is black but will still vibrate?
OPEN ITS CASE COMPLETELY, GET OUT THE SCREEN UNIT FROM PHONE, CLEAN ALL WATER AWAY FROM ALL CONTACTS BETWEEN SCREEN PARTS AND PHONE BODY SOCKET, USING VACUUM CHAMBER IS THE BEST WAY TO SUCK AWAY WATER. IF THE PHONE HAS BEEN WET FOR DAYS, MANY JUNTION JOINTS MIGHT RUST OUT AND HARD WATER ( DIRT ) STAIN BUILDS UP BETWEEN MANY NARROW SOLDERING GAPS THAT JAMMING CIRCUIT ESPECIALLY THE MICROWAVE TRANSMITTER PART.
IF IT DID HAPPEN, NO HOPE TO RECOVER IT EXCEPT TO REPLACE THE WHOLE BLOCK OF CIRCUIT.
If the water damage is minimal then make a choice: accept it as is, or get the screen replaced.
The damaged screen can't be fixed.
Note that cheap replacement screens often lack the toughened glass of the original item, so are far more likely to scratch or shatter than the original. Unless Apple replace the screen, you can never be certain whether replacements are of the same quality as the original, so putting up with minimal water damage on an original screen can be a better choice.

- My iphone won't vibrate even though vibrate is turned on? I have an iPhone 3gs and it worked fine until I updated it (ios 6). My phone, when on silent mode, won't vibrate when I get a message. In settings, everything is turned on, the vibrate part is selected. When the button (above the volume) is not on silent and then is flicked down to silent (vibrate) mode, it vibrates. However, it does not vibrate when I receive a message? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
- Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
