How to free up space on an iPhone 5?
My iPhone 5 is saying it has no more gb, I've used 13.5 gb but whenever I try to delete things it won't give me gb. I've tried deleting the app that was using up a lot of gb but its not giving me any gb whenever I delete apps or pictures. I can't back it up because its saying that there's not enough gb for me to backup my iPhone. I don't know what to do.
Go to Settings -> General -> Usage -> Wait for it to load, then choose show all Apps. Usually messaging takes up a large chunk of your storage. To erase these messages, swipe left on the conversations, and it'll delete it as a whole. Also try deleting photos/videos, and music that you don't use anymore.
Offload your photos and music to the computer (and videos if you have those as they take up alot of space)
- Will deleting someone's text log free up space on my IPhone 4? I'm getting divorced and have had my IPhone4S for lil over a year and a half. I've got texts from my ex wife along with pics and things she has sent… Is this worth freeing up or is it not gonna amount to much anyhow?
