How to free up space on iPhone? - 2

So I'm having serious troubles with storage space on my phone and no one else that I know with iPhones have this problem. It's really annoying. I had Snapchat and Spotify but they stopped working for some reason so I deleted them and tried to install them again but I have no more space. I can't take anymore pictures while my friends have a billion pictures in their Photos Gallery and can still take pictures and they have a lot of apps. I only have 8 pictures and still can't take pictures. I'm constantly deleting messages and website data but I can't clear my search history because I forgot my restrictions passcode so I can't restart my phone to clear up space. I tried to download iTunes on the computer but it doesn't work and the computer started having problems after I downloaded it. I really want to get a new phone because this one really sucks and it keeps freezing and it doesn't send messages properly. Can someone help me with this situation?

It really depends on your iPhone… With the newer iPhones (4th gen and above) you can move a lot of your data to the cloud… I'd personally try storing photos in the Google drive.

You don't have itunes on your computer? There's like no point to having an iPod or iPhone without iTunes. You need itunes to manage the contents of your phone. There's no point to tryin to answer your question without knowing how your iPhone memory is being used - and that's what itunes does.
