How to get a deleted note back off and IPod/IPhone?
I'm writing a novel and while on a road trip I did some writing in my notes on my IPod. I did at least three pages worth of work and I accidentally highlighted it all and pasted in something else. Not thinking, I erased what I had pasted and closed out of the app, hoping it wouldn't save and just keep what I had written. Now the entire note is gone. I'm so desperate to get these back! I have been facing a major writer's block, so squeezing out three pages is a big achievement. Is there anything at all I can do to get these back?! I'm desperate!

- Random note just appeared on iPhone note pad? When I touched the "+" button to make a new note, a random note appeared and it said, "Holy crud, you never sleep do you"… I checked the date and it said today at 7:03 am. Just when I opened the app. I've been having weird sleeping patterns so I'm on my phone a lot at night when I can't sleep. This just kinda freaked me out… Have any idea what this is?
