You can't. Apple products are ONLY ever tested by Apple employees or employees of their suppliers. The iPhone5 is already out so it was tested for months before it went on sale. Companies don't test products after they are on sale - all testing happens before they start to sell it. For confidentiality reasons only employees and employees of trusted suppliers are ever allowed to test Apple products

You do not get a free iPhone 5 for "testing" because 1) Apple products are only tested by Apple employees or associates and 2) the iPhone 5 is already out and being produced, its past its testing stage.
