How to get a notification when my iPad is found through Find my iPhone?
My house got robbed today and my iPad got stolen, since my iPad does not have 3g I won't be able to locate it directly, but once they connect to the internet I will. I wan't to leave Find my iPhone running at night (on my laptop) so that I can track it when I'm asleep, is there a possibility to give me a sound notification so that I will wake up once it's been located? As in, they connect it to their Wi-Fi.
There's no way (as far as I know) for it to notify you, but you can notify them so long as they're connected to the Internet and you have the app correctly setup on said iPad. Go to http://icloud.com/...icloud.com. From there you should log in with your Apple ID. Click "Find My iPhone". There will be a list of devices connected to that account, find and click on your iPad (you may have trouble doing this if it's not online). You'll see details on what you can do to the device remotely once you've found it.
Also be sure to contact the police.
- My iPhone just got stolen and i didn't put on Find my iphone. Is there a way i can find it without find my iphone? I have found out that i can remove my iphone from associated devices. Does doing this erase the iphone?

Its a waste to just throw it away.
- I can't get a notification to close off of my iPhone? My iPhone 4S had a notification pop up that said "Not Enough Storage" and the only options are to close it or go to settings, and whenever I press either, NOTHING happens. It won't go away. I can't do anything on my phone either because it won't go away. Please help! I understand what the notification means, it's just it won't go away! No matter how many times I press the close option or the settings option it doesn't do anything!
