How to get a pre paid iPhone?

I want a IPhone really bad, but they cost a lot. I know they carry pre paid iPhones but the iPhone it's self cost a lot. I phone 5 is 700 dollars. And I can't get the money for that. I'm short on money so I would like a pre paid, if I can't pay it nothing will go agents me. I also know they have payments on the iPhone it's self. I was wondering if there's pre paid plans that you can pay off the iPhone too.

If you go on the internet and go on ebay or amazon, you can et them for so much cheaper.

You could try to buy one second hand on amazon or somewhere else. They won't be brand new but it will probably be a lot cheaper.
