How to get a ringtone from iTunes to my iPhone?

I downloaded a ringtone from Phonezoo.com onto my Macbook Pro, but I can't figure out how to get the ringtone onto my iPhone. It is classified as a ringtone and is under 40 seconds. It may be because I've yet to figure out how to navigate iTunes 11.1, but someone please help me either way. The instructions from Phonezoo are as follows:

Apple iPhone
Download the ringtone using "Save To PC" button
Drag the downloaded content in to ringtones folder in iTunes
The next time you sync, the ringtone will be transferred to your iPhone.
To use the ringtone, select Settings > Sounds > Ringtone from the home screen on your iPhone
From the list of ringtones, select the one you want to use

There's a screen on the sync page in itunes that has ringtones on it. Make sure the ringtone you want is selected to sync.
(If you buy an amdroid its fifty thousand times easier)

If you have music on your iTunes you can convert them into ringtones for free if you go to Audiko.com. It will let you cut your favorite part of the song once you are done you download to your files bring it up on iTunes then add it to your iPhone & it will be there the next time you look
