How to get a separate account for Clash of Clans on another device?

I downloaded Clash of Clans onto my iPad and accidentally did it on my iPhone account and Game Center. I've signed out of both, deleted CoC, signed into a different account and Game Center, and red downloaded CoC. But it loaded my original village and a message popped up

"Would you like to save current village onto this device?"
(Or something like that)
And gives me the options
"Cancel" or "Yes"
No matter what I click, it keeps the village. How do I fix this?

  • How to transfer a clash of clans account without linking? Okay, So I'm trying to buy a clash of clans account from my friend. He has an iPhone and i have an Android. The issue is that when he clicks on link a device on the Clash of Clans settings it says that he already linked a device and it can only be done once. So is there any other way we can transfer his account to my phone?
