How to get air bubbles out when putting on built in screen protector case?
I have an otterbox defender for the iPhone 5 and it has a screen protector built into it. When I put the case on the screen has air bubbles when I put it on and touch the screen. My question is, how can I put it on with out getting the bubbles when I use the screen? Or do I need to just take the screen protector out? If that's the case, how do I get it and the glue off?
Rub a credit card to scrape from one side to another
Yes, uses a credit card and swpie sife to side with small presure. If it does not show sign of the bubbles going away you may have got dust under it. To clean a screen protecter the best way in my opinion:
get some tape… Scotch tape works well.
Press the tape onto the screen protecter and gently pull it off the iphone
while you do that slide another piece under where the dust, or dirt is
and then press back down(be carefull not to get the tape stuck together.
then take off the tape and repeat again where you see more things under the screen.
I think first you should have to take out the case from the screen and then clear the screen with the soft cloth. You may use Colin or petrol to remove the glue. Then you can use the new screen case and use a scale or credit card or debit card or your own id card and swipe the screen to remove the bubbles.
- Will screen protector show bubbles on my scratched iphone? I just got my iphone 5s about 4 weeks ago and my friend has a screen protector that I'm going to buy tomorrow. I looked at my screen, and there's a tiny scratch on it that you can only see when you look at it in direct light. When I put the screen protector on it, will there be a air bubble where the little scratch is?
- What iphone cases have a built in screen protector? I'm looking for a new case for my iphone 4s i want it to have a built in screen protector. I currently use the otterbox defender but its just too bulky.
- What are some good dual layer IPhone 5s cases WITH NO BUILT IN SCREEN PROTECTOR? I have an Iphone 5s with a professionally installed Zagg Invisishield. I'm looking for a good protective dual-layer case (i.e. Rubber layer and plastic layer) but I don't want a case with a built in screen protector like Otter Box and Lifeproof cases have. I know I could just take the built in protectors off but I would like to stay away from that. Any suggestions?
