How to get apps from iOS 6.1.3 transfered to iOS 7?

I have iOS 7 on my iPhone 4s currently, and i have a backup of iOS 6.1.3 on my computer. Every time i try to restore that backup, it says something like "You unplugged your device" When i never touched it. It does this everytime i try to restore the backup.

Well iOS 7 isn't even released so i assume the one you have is fake or a pirate copy and most likely why there's errors. I wouldn't be surprised if your iphone 4s is screwed now

You can't restore your iOS 6.1.3 backup on iOS 7, because both iOS versions are pretty different. However, if you only want to install iOS 6.1.3 applications then first drag out all applications from your iTunes to some folder on your computer. Then connect your iPhone 4S - running iOS 7 to iTunes, and let it sync the content. Once it updates its library with iTunes, now again push all the applications back in iTunes and try to install them.

FYI, it's not safe to run the iOS 7 beta unless you register your device's UDID with a developer account through a site like http://www.udid.in/.It's $5, and then you don't need to worry about Apple disabling your device for running unreleased software.
