So I just got the iPhone 5 and I just synced it to my itunes account. I used to have an iPod Touch on the same itunes, so when i connected my iPhone for the first time, I restored my iPod settings onto my iPhone without realizing that my pictures on my iPhone would be deleted! Is there any way of getting the pictures from my iPhone back?
Unless you had them on iCloud I don't think there's anything you can do. Or if you had the pictures in your computer just sync to your new iPhone.

Is there any way to get iPod old photos that have been deleted back on here with iCloud?
- I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account.
