How to get back photos that I already deleted from my Recently Deleted folder?
I recently got in a massive fight with my boyfriend that ended up in a breakup that I thought was permanent. Naturally, I deleted every photo of us off my iPhone 6 and made sure to clear my recently deleted folder so I never had to see these pictures again, but then we got together 3 hours later and I completely regret it. Is there any possible way I can get these photos back? Or are they gone forever?
They are gone forever. That is the purpose of "delete".
Sorry, you're OUT of luck here I'm afraid.
Yes you can get it, use data recovery software for mobile. Try to recover them.To Improve Applock compatibility, You must also install Leo Privacy Guard in your smart phone, with Stylish themes

I didn't back up the photos either… Can I jailbreak my phone or something to get back the pictures that I deleted from my recently deleted photos?

- How to save photos to Pictures folder on Mac? I want to save my photos to a the Pictures folder in my user documents, but it only lets me import photos from my iPhone to iPhoto, and whenever I want to email a photo, it never lets me see the photos I have in the iPhoto library -- only the ones in the Picture documents folder. Is there any way I can save them to this folder instead of using iPhoto?
