How to get better battery life on my iPhone 4S?

So I just got an iPhone 4S. The battery life on it is terrible going down a percentage or so every few minutes. Now I've turned off unessicary things like Bluetooth and I've turned the brightness down. Is there anything else I can do?

Luckily, there's an answer. To help you extend your iPhone's battery while Apple builds a fix, we dug around to find the settings and features that drain the battery the most, and (for the most part) don't affect day-to-day usage.

Reset network settings

General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Enter a passcode (if you have one) and your phone will restart. No data will be lost, but you'll be asked to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords.

Turn off Location Services

General > Location Services. Turn off any location services you don't need. Then head to System Services and disable "Location-Based iAds" and "Setting Time Zone."

Don't use location-based Reminders
This useful feature seriously drains the battery, since your phone constantly monitors your location as it waits to activate your reminders.

If you want to get better battery life, my suggestion is that when you don't use the internet, close it.

Play less iphone games, because it can make you battery much hotter to damage your battery.

And when you don;t use any software, do remember to colse all the software.
