HOW TO GET DELETED VOICMAILS ON IPHONE?
So earlier today (12/11/14) my girlfriend got a voicemail from a private number saying some things that definitely give me a reason to want to find out who it was. She deletes the voicemail so she didn't have to hear it again. I told her about recovering deleted ones but it's not in the folder (I don't have an iphone, but iphone users get what I mean). I tried calling apple but I can't get through to anyone without having an iPhone myself. Does anyone know if its even possible or how to recover it? Or maybe a number I could call for help?

It isn't stored on the phone so there's no way of accessing a folder to find them. Phoning Apple wouldn't help either. You need to phone your carrier and request for it to be recovered.
Deleted vm's go in a delete batch for holding until you decide to completely delete them for good. If it's not there, only her carrier would have access to it now. Once it's gone from memory, the phone won't have it any longer. Also Apple's servers don't store vm's, only the carrier would do that.
