How to get free music from the Internet to iTunes to iPhone?

I used a youtube converter site but itunes wouldnt let me put it on my phone unless i delete all my already existing content on the iphone. Also it asked me to locate it on my computer (maybe it sensed i downloaded it all).

How do I get free music from the Internet (youtube perhaps) to iTunes to iPhone without that same problem(s)? And very quickly

It is very easy, all you have to do is download this app Called YouTube and you can easily search for music and listen to them.

1. ITunes can't know that where you get the music. It deletes stuff because your iPhone has stuff it does not have. You should make sure that your iTunes library has all the stuff in your iPhone.

2. That's why I do not use iTunes anymore. You may use other free iPhone transfer, like Syncios, to transfer stuff between your iPhone and pc. If you still want to use iTunes, you can simply use it to transfer stuff from iPhone to iTunes first.

BTW, Syncios is totally free, you may have a try.http://www.syncios.com/features.html

It sounds like you were trying to sync your iPod. Everybody on this site does that… Which is probably why they're posting questions about iPod problems they've got.

You don't have to sync. If you've got the mp3 files on your computer you can just set iTunes to use manual management to drag and drop the files onto the iPhone tab on sidebar. I've always done it that way and I've never had any of the problems faced by people who insist on syncing - like being asked to erase my old songs to put new ones on. That is what happens hen you use automatic update on syncing - that will happen no matter where your music comes from.

I've put tons of songs on my iPod that started off as mp3's on my HD - whether ripped from CD, purchased from legit sites, downloaded from music sites. Downloaded from Youtube, downloaded using peer-share software or just encoded to mp3 after being recorded from streaming audio using software like audacity. The iPod takes it all.
