How to get Gamecenter account back?

So about 1 or 2 years ago I left my IPod on a bus (I know… ), and I just now got an IPhone 4S. I had Dragonvale on my IPod and I was really far into the game, and now that I can play it again, I want to play on my old gamecenter account so that I have all of my progress. The only problem is I don't know what email I could've used or my password. The only thing I do know is my Nickname or whatever it's called. Is there anyway to get my info?

  • What are some good iPhone gamecenter games? I need some free iPhone games that are on gamecenter and are fun I already have temple run 1&2 and fruit ninja I need some others I looked at the top free but doesn't show anything so please give me feedback
  • How to unlink my Outlook account and my Gmail account? A while back, I linked these accounts together somehow (it's been so long I forgot how) so I would only have to access one account to read all my email, but now when I get an email in my Gmail account, I get that exact same email in my Outlook account a few minutes later, and I keep getting notification noises on my iPhone and have to spend time deleting the extra emails. It's really annoying me and I want to undo it, but I don't know how!
  • How to get my Modern War account back? Ok so i upgraded my iPhone 3G to a 4G when i set up my new phone and got all the stuff from my old one i had to start over on Modern War at level 1 i was thinkin hey this is cool two MW Accounts.yeah right. I can't access my old one everytime i go to open the app it crashes 2sec later. I meed some help cuz i spent money on this game and i'm level 150 something. I also tried the cloud ot didn't work cuz the 3G isn't capable with it.
  • How to get my apps/music/layout/gamecenter stuff back? IPHONE 5 I had to get a new replacement iPhone after my Otterbox broke my last one (so ironic, isn't it? Garbage product, do not buy) but I have none of the stuff mentioned in the title. It would be a pain if I had to go through and re-download all of those…
