How to get insurance for iphone on straight talk?

I just bought an iphone 5 for straight talk at walmart. I haven't even opened it yet because I can't figure out how to get insurance for it via their site. Walmart did not have a insurance plan. I'm looking for a monthly thing that is for any kind of damage or theft.

Call the nearest Apple store, and go buy their Apple Care + warranty. Takes care of accidental damage. Does not cover the phone if it is lost or stolen. Either Walmart or Best Buy would be your option got third party insurance. But most do not cover lost or stolen devices.

As far as I know, Straight Talk does not offer insurance.
