How to get ios 7 beta 3 for my iphone 4?

I have ios 7 beta 1 for my iphone 4, but it has some bugs and i want the beta 3, i checked on software updates but it says "ios7.0 your software is up to date" so i'm guessing i need to do it off the computer, how do i do that

Please note I don't know any of this process for sure… But I have seen it done. Plug your iphone in to your computer with USB. Download from the official ios 7 download site from apple beta 3. Then in iTunes with your iphone selected in the menu, hold down shift if your on windows and click update. A menu should appear and select your downloaded file. (You must make sure you extract the download so you select the ipsw file, or it could cause problems). Then click update. The process should begin, but warn you you must be a registered apple developer. If not, you could brick your i device.

Is your UDID registered? If not, you need to head over to http://www.instantudid.com/ and register for $5. Otherwise, you'll run into issues like this.
