Just download the ipsw from some website. Just make sure not to get the first beta cuz apples not using that anymore. If you get 2 or 3 you can update to 4 which is a great update. All you need to do after the download is hold shift on your keyboard and click update on iTunes and choose that ipsw you just downloaded. Boom free ios 7 beta.
