How to get iOS 7 for iPhone 5 with Windows 7?

I can't download 1429 beta for iPhone 5. I have an iPhone 5 and a Windows 7 computer. Can you help me to get iOS 7.It is always saying Could not contact to software update software when I'm trying beta 1 for 1249.

IOS 7 beta 1 expired a long time ago.iOS 7 GM is the current version until the 18th.
