How to get iphone emoji's on my android?
I really want emojis on my android. How dp i get them? Is there like an app or something?
I downloaded the emoji keyboard onto my android
from google play (the android app store).
i could send the emojis and see what i sent, but i couldn't see them if someone else sent them to me.
i'm not sure if it's an issue my phone specifically, androids, or, the fact that the sender was using an iphone or what.
btw it should be free, mine was. So yay!
Yes there's an app called emoji key board wich allows you to send emojis although receiving them is a different story. When I receive emojis when using the app a box with a question mark replaces the intended emoji.first download the app then go into settings where you should find language and input go into this and you will find emoji with a blank box next to it simply select emoji. Depending on what android operating system you have you might have to mess with some other settings to work the emoji key board.
I use GoSms. I originally got it because my stock texting looks horribly ugly. Then download GoSms emoji plugin. Some people do not see emojis when they're sent to them (it even says so in the description) but when my friend, who has an iPhone, texts me emojis, I can see them now since I got the plugin. Probably depends on your phone? But that's your best option. Hope I helped.
Edit: These other answers are correct as well. I used the emoji keyboard, but as they said, you can't receive emojis. With the emoji plugin on GoSms, I've been able to send AND receive emojis. Remember that GoSms and GoSms emoji plugin are two different apps, and gosms emoji plugin will not show up in your list of applications. It's simply an add-on to the gosms app to allow emoji support.
