How to get my clash of clans account?

Okay so I had a galaxy s3 and played clash of clans through that device. I got hit by a wave and my phone broke. I now have a iPhone 5s and I don't understand how I can transfer my village to this new device.

IOS
Attach your old village to a Game Center account - To do so: launch Game Center on your old device, login with your username and password (can be the same as your Apple ID) or create a new free account; while logged in, launch the game. If you get the "Welcome back, _yourusername_" message at the top of the screen, your village is now attached to your Game Center account!

Load your village on the new device - To do so: launch Game Center on your new device, and login with the same username and password you used in the old device; while logged in, launch the game, and you will get the following message:

Tap "Okay" to load your old village on the new device. This will delete the new, unwanted village.

Android

Attach your old village to a Google+ account - To do so: launch Google+ on your old device, log in with your username and password (can be the same as your Google ID) or create a new free account; while logged in, launch the game. Now open the Settings in the game and select the option "Sign in with Google". You will be able to select the Google+ account to connect to your village, then press ok. If you get the "Welcome, _yourusername_" message on the top of the screen, your village is now attached to your Google+ account!

Load your village on the new device - To do so: launch Google+ on your new device, and log in with the same username and password you used in the old device; while logged in, launch the game. Once you have the game started, follow the tutorial until you can tap on the in-game Settings icon. Look for the "Google+ Sign-In" option, tap on it and then select "Okay" in the next message to load the village linked to your Google+.

I DO NOT have my android anymore so i can't link the 2 devices. I used to log in using my google + account but the iphone clash doesn't have the link to Google + option.   • How to transfer a clash of clans account without linking? Okay, So I'm trying to buy a clash of clans account from my friend. He has an iPhone and i have an Android. The issue is that when he clicks on link a device on the Clash of Clans settings it says that he already linked a device and it can only be done once. So is there any other way we can transfer his account to my phone?
