Added (1). I don't know the password or the recovery email address of the security questions. My phone went to the acitvation screen and the only icloud account it will let me sign in with is the one I don't know anyting to.
You don't. You have to have the password. It's an anti-theft device.

I called APPLE and received an email to reset it but read it after it expired. Now when I call back and give them the security questions they all show up wrong. I heard about this app "ifile" i can delete the account from there but i can't purchase apps if i don't have the password. So can i somehow purchase it on another phone and send ifile to my iphone?
