How to get my iPhone to connect to my TP-Link AP?

I have a 150Mbs Wireless N Nano Router WR702N. On AP mode, my computer connects just fine. My iPhone, however, will not connect. It tries and tries and tries (loading circle), but it will never fully connect. I have tried all of the following and more, and no matter what my computer connects fine whilst my iPhone does not.
--changing security mode
--changing encryption
--rebooting iPhone
--forgetting network on iPhone
--rebooting router (many times)
--manual DHCP

Interestingly enough, if I switch to router mode both device will connect, but neither one will actually be able to use the internet. The only site they can access is tplinklogin.net (the site where router settings are configured).

Also, I think it worked in the past; just recently it stopped working. I have fully reset the router to original settings, but it was to no avail. Thus, I'm inclined to conclude it is something wrong on my iPhone (5S, by the way).

Any suggestions? Do you know if this is an iPhone problem or a router problem? Is it something to be fixed in the settings, or are the two devices just incompatible?

Well it started working now… I don't know what's going on.

  • Iphone 5 instagram won't link with facebook? Just got an iphone 5 and my instagram won't connect with my facebook. I get instructions from the iphone - Settings>Privacy>Facebook and to turn that on. That is turned on though and it still won't work. I don't know what to do, any help would be great am I missing something?
  • I can't link my iPhone 4's instagram to facebook I want to link my iPhone 4's instagram to my facebook account, it tells me to make sure I've allowed it with Settings > Privacy > facebook. But I already have! I've updated it to the latest version, and I've already hit send to mobile from the facebook website itself.
