How to get my money back from apple?
I sent myself a gift on my iPhone worth $10 so I can purchase some apps. I went to my email so I can see if I had to get a code to redeem the money. I did just that and it turns out my email I had hooked up with iTunes was deactivated due to inactivity. I reactivated my email and I had no messages at all. Not even from ages ago. So did I just waste $10 on nothing? Or is there a way to get my money back or have them resend the email? Please let me know. I know it's just $10, but I practically just threw it away.
Added (1). Took your advice and there's no purchased items in my history. I took a look at my bank statement and it's there. This is very aggravating.

Apple is very good about giving refunds where they are deserved. The main way I know of doing this is to do it through iTunes. (I only know of how to do it on the computer but you might be able to do this from your iPhone as well). Open iTunes, click on iTunes store, then click on account and sign in. Find purchase history and click "see all". From there you can review what you have purchased. If you see your $10 charge (which you have not received). Click on "Report a problem", tell Apple about your issue and they should work it out for you.
Hope this helps!
- Will I get my money back on Amazon.com? Last night I had order a phone case on amazon. So today decided to check if its had ship yet and it did and while I was check that I saw that I bought the case for iPhone 5 and I have the 4s! So I returned and did everything it told me to send a request and it said i have to wait 48 hrs to approve it. So now I'm wondering if they do approve it will I get my money back? Even I just order it last night.
- Why is the money used to purchase an iPhone from Apple NZ back in my bank account? I recently purchased an iPhone 6 from the NZ Apple online store. It cost $1149 which was taken out immediately. Now 5 days later the money is back in my bank account and not showing anything about it. The phone has been sent and will arrive tomorrow.
- When I first got my new iphone, I logged in to my other apple id to get my bought things back. So now apple music doesn't work. What to do? So now it says "icloud can't be turned on because this device is already associated with another account" and it's mad annoying. Apple music delets some of my songs or majority of them and I can't turn on icloud for music.
- Should I return my iPhone and get my money back? I got an iPhone 4s from cricket which includes no contract so it was VERY expensive. And everything works well except it plays videos very slow sometimes. (like YouTube) and the iTunes works very slow as well (the 3G sign goes off most of the time when it's loading something). So I'm not really satisfied cause of that. Since today it's the 28th day with it and I can still return it. What do you all think? Should I get my money back?
