How to get my photos from my old iphone to my new iphone through icloud?
I just got rid of my iphone 4 and got the iphone 5. All of my pictures were on my iphone 4 and were backed up on icloud.
my question: Through my computer (on the itunes app) how can i get to my photos on icloud and transport them to my new iphone 5.

- How to get photos from my old iphone to my new one Basically my old phone is completely broken and won't start up again so i would usually save the pictures onto my computer but i can't do that cause that phone is broken. I was wondering if there's any chance or way that i can still somehow access these photos from my new phone. I'm so bad with technology and probably sound so dumb but i thought i might as well ask.

But I buy a new one and activate the icloud and tracker, does that mean the old iPhone is unlocked? What happens to it? Will I be notified if someone turns it on? Can I track it?
- I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account. I've called Apple and sent a receipt for proof of purchase, but they said it's invalid, because the SN doesn't match which doesn't make sense. Is there another way to just erase everything off the phone myself?
