How to get my Sprint iPhone 4s factory unlocked for T Mobile?

It is iOS version 6.0.1 and I can pay some money if necessary. It must be FACTORY UNLOCKED though. Jailbreaking it and it getting it unlocked only will make it slow and could not be updated. It is a Sprint carrier, and I'm a T Mobile carrier, I just bought this phone from my friend because he got the new iPhone 5.

You can't. Sprint and T-Mobile use different wireless technologies. Sprint uses CDMA and T-Mobile uses GSM. Same applies to Verizon and AT&T. Verizon uses CDMA and AT&T uses GSM. You can use Sprint on Verizon and T-Mobile can go on AT&T.

I have an iphone 4S and it reads Att sim card no problem, i had the phone factory unlocked and it even said Congratulations your iPhone is unlocked after i restored it in iTunes, but all it says is no service i tried two different T-Mobile sim cards.
