Since the iPhone has no accessory shoe and your mic mounts using an accessory shoe mount, add an accessory shoe.

How I would do it:
Put the iPhone in tripod mount

Mount this iPhone and tripod mount to a camera bracket

Mount your mic to one of the available accessory shoes. Use the other accessory shoe for a video light.

My iPhone microphone is not working A week ago my iPhone 4 microphone stoped to work. It just stoped, did not lose it in the ground or something, just stoped to work. When I call someone or if someone call me, they can't here me, but I can here them. But If I turn on speaker, they hear me normally. Do you have any thoughts on how I can fix this?
IPhone microphone to record video at a Rave? I recorded with my IPhone 4s on Drum and Bass night in Fabric London and the videos came out very well, also the sound was great but where the bass was very high it doesn't sound that good and was wondering if anyone knows which microphone are great for rave recording that the sound sounds amazing. Iphone 4s microphone problems? I got a really cheap iphone 4s from one of my close friends, the drawback is the microphone doesn't work. Doesn't work in phone calls or voice memos. Only way to talk to people is using speakerphone. That works fine. Does anybody know why i'm havin this problem? How do i fix it?
Iphone 4s microphone problem? Ok so my wife has a Iphone 4s which seems to have a microphone. when she makes or recevies call you are not able to hear her very well. It sound as if she has her hand over the mic. She hasn't dropped it or had it in water or anything like that it just started do this. I have replace the charging dock and microphone but this hasn't helped. Can anyone please help
