How to get out of early termination fee for verizon?
I've figured out that if i leave verizon my early termination fee is $135 which is a lot. Is there anyway i don't have to have an early termination fee beside finishing my contract? I'm leaving verizon because sprint has a cheaper plan for the iphone.
Unfortunately, the only way to get out of it would be to stop paying your Verizon bill, which could result in damage to your credit score (and I mean some serious damage, even if you didn't use a credit card at purchase), or even get police involvled in some cases. They take it very seriously. It would be a lot better to pay an ETF now, rather than continue paying the bill which would probably rise well over $135.
- What will happen if I don't pay my termination fee? So I have an 2 iPhone 6's and an iPhone 5s combined have a total etf of like $1300 and I'm not paying that. I planned to sell the phones to try to pay it off but what if I sell it to an AT&T customer? (Phones came from AT&T) can they just pop their SIM card in and the phone will work since it's locked to att?
- Verizon Wireless Termination Fee? I was planning on canceling my plan with verizon wireless. The termination fee is "$175, or $350 if you purchased an Advanced Device". I have two iphones and two regular phones with my plan. Does this mean I have to pay to terminate each phone plan separately or will it be a total of $350 dollars because I own an advanced device?

If i buy the iphone 5 32g from verizon with 2yr contract for $299 and then cancel the service after 20 days by paying required $350 early termination fee, does this mean that i will own the iphone for total of $649 (299+350) and switch to other carrier? canceling after 20days is because if i terminate the service in 14 days, i have to return the device
