How to get out of my Verizon edge agreement with a yr left?

I got the note 4 with Verizon back in November 2014… My phone OS updated to the lollipop update and it has been terrible ever since which has been since about April. I have gone though 6 replacements since November of last yr and they just want to send me more replacements after complaining. Service is not terrible which if because of the new OS phone restarts and it lags terribly. They told me if I pay so much I can upgrade to something else I owe 430 ish left on the phone and refuse to pay for something that does not work half of the time. Any suggestions or am I stuck with this phone for another yr? I have been thinking about trying the iPhone 6 and would also like opinions on that over android.

Those are known to lag. You are probably stuck until your contract is up if you want a new contract deal, otherwise you have to pay full price for a new phone (which you could do as they don't care what phone you use as long as you finish paying the contract).

You are stuck with the phone unless you buy something else. And you will continue to pay for that phone EVEN if you start using a different phone, because you signed a contract and did not READ it.
