How to get pale effect on pictures? (photo included)?
How do you get a pale effect just like in this picture by using iPhone apps?
On Photoshop you can use a fill layer with a color such as peach, light blue, or light pink. Then you change the blending option to lighten. Lower the opacity to somewhere between 5 and 30.
